The Experience Network is a resource centre for business expertise. Many companies don't have the necessary business expertise in-house, and in today's highly competitive market place it is becoming increasingly important for all companies to be able to operate with confidence and professionalism at all levels in order to survive. We can provide your company with the expertise that it needs, either for the short or long term.

How we work

The Experience Network operates as a facilitator in two ways:

Firstly by providing mentoring services by bringing together people from the currently employed, retired and semi-retired communities and the commercial business sector to effectuate sound business solutions.

The Experience Network also publishes a register of Professional Business Consultants that companies can use to locate and identify independent business consultants

The Experience Network - Recruitment Division

The recruitment division of The Experience Network believes that ageism should be stamped out. TEN acts as an introducer rather than a traditional recruitment agency. Performing introductions to companies for a fixed fee, so is far less expensive, which means that employers can get a more cost effective solution to their recruitment needs.

Our aim is to combat ageism in the workplace by bringing people back into the workplace who, whilst of senior years, have a great deal to offer any potential employer.
